~~, ~~ <br />EXHIBIT A <br />RESTRICTIONS--HISTORIC LANDMARK ~H $0-4~ <br />Repair and Maintenance Section : The repair and maintenance of the exterior <br />detai 1 ing of the farmer Fairmount Presbyterian Church that duplicates the <br />original or replaces existing in composition, design, color, and other visual <br />qualities sh al 1 be permitted without an alteration permit . Far all other <br />changes, an alteration permit shall be required as specified in Section 2.409 of <br />the City Code . <br />Standards Section: Alteration of the exterior of the former Fairmount Presby- <br />ter i an C urc sal ] be reviewed by the Historic Review Board as provided for i n <br />Section 2.409 of the City Code. However, alterations of a minor nature, where <br />there is little or no impact on the landmark, where the alteration could later <br />be removed without adverse effect, and which conform to the criteria outlined in <br />Section 2.409 may be approved by Historic Review Board stuff and need not <br />otherwise be considered by the board. Proposed alterations to the building <br />shall be in character with the structure's original exterior or the Georgian <br />Revival style of Architecture. <br />Use Section: Uses allowed under its R-1 Single-Family Residential District <br />zoning sha l be allowed to continue as long as they do not adversely affect <br />the character of the exterior of the structure. <br />Code Modification Section: zoning and sign regulations shall not be affected by <br />the Historic Landmark designation of the former Fairmount Presbyterian Church. <br />JR:db/Mb18 <br />
