CRD INANCE NO , ~ ~~ ~~ An Ordinance initiating the vacation of the following described streets and alleys, to-wit: 29th Avenue between Amazon Parkway and Hilyard Street; 32nd Avenue, from the west margin of Hilyard Street west a distance of 178 feet; the alley between 32nd Avenue and 33rd Avenue, from the west margin of Hilyard Street west a dis- tance of 176.5 feet; the alley between 33rd Ave- nue and 34th Avenue from the west margin of Hil- yard Street west a distance of 176.93 feet, all as mare particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by ref- erence. City of Eugene Sv 8~-4~ THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene herein ini- tiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without peti- tion or consent of the property owners, except as provided by statute, of the above described streets and alleys. Section 2. A hearing shall be held upon the proposal to vacate the streets and alleys as herein provided, and the hearing shall be held on~the 14th day of ~Tanuary, 1981, at noon Pacific Standard Time of said date, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time all persons will be heard upon objections ar sugges- tions with regard to the vacation, and at said time the Council will provide for the vacation of the streets and alleys or deny such vacation, and in case the vacation is made, will provide and make provision for any damages sustained by local assessment, Section 3.
