The hearing was held on the 3rd day of December, <br />1984, at naon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />dare in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section. 3. The hereinabove described easement is hereby vaca- <br />ted, and the easement so vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes <br />of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
