S 7 y~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CGNCERNING CITY BUARDS; AMENDING <br />SECTIGN 2.013 GF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY DF EUGENE DGES ORDAIN AS k'QLLaWS: <br />Section 1.
