ORDINANCE I10. ~7~~ An ordinance vacating the following described street, to--wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, CRESTVZEW~ADDITIoN as platted and recorded in Book 16, Page Z1, Zane County Plat Records, Zane County, oregon; thence south 89°46'00' west along the south boundary of said Lot 3 northerly margin of proposed vacated streets 194,9 feet more or less to a point 40,04 feet easterly parallel and perpendicular to the centerline of w~illamette Street; thence southerly along a line parallel to the centerline of Willamette Street 50 feet to a point on the northerly boundary of Lot 1, Block 4, of the above described plat, said point being on the Southerly margin of the proposed vacated street; thence north 89°46'44" east along this southerly margin 190,9 feet more or less to a point which is in alignment with the westerly margin of oak Street; thence northerly 54 feet to the point of beginning, all in Eugene, Lane County,oregon. RESERVING herein a public utility and bikeway ease- ment on the ground, above the ground, and beneath the ground across the northerly l4 feet of the above described property, and the right to enter thereon for the purposes of construction, reconstruction and maintenance thereof. ~Krumdieck, Inc. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hear~,ng and a hear- ing was held pursuant to the ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, on the l7th day of September, 1984, at Noon, Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections.
