The hearing was held on the loth day of ~`anuary, <br />1981, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Gregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described streets and alleys are <br />hereby vacated, and the streets and alleys s4 vacated shall revert <br />pursuant to the statutes of the State of Qregon. <br />Section 4.
