The hearing was held on the 14th day of January, <br />1981, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described public utility easements <br />are hereby vacated, and the public utility easements so vacated shall <br />revert pursuant to th.e statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
