X8755 An Ordinance initiating the ~racation of the following described public utility easement, to--wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, ~, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 1~, 11, lZ, l3, l4, 1~, 16, flock 2, and Fergus Street west of the west right--af~-way margin of E~.izabeth Street of Fergus Manor as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 345, Lane County Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon. RESERVING herein a 7 foot public utility easement on the ground, beneath the ground, and above the ground, along the easterly boundary of Lot 16 and the right to enter thereupon for purposes of construction, re- canstructon and maintenance. The City Council of th.e City of Eu ene herein ini- g tiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without peti- tion or consent of the property owners, except as provided by statute, of the above described public utility easement.
