City Manager Feedback Survey-Community Members <br />The Eugene City Council is inviting members of the community and the City of Eugene organization to contribute <br />feedback to their annual performance review for Eugene City Manager Jon Ruiz. <br />We invite you to be a contributor by taking a few moments to fill out this survey. Your candid input is valued and <br />respected. Please respond to the following sections of the survey and then "submit" it.
