9.7560 Notice of Decision. <br />(1) <br /> Within 5 days of the decision, [the city shall mail] written notice of the decision <br />shall be mailed to all of the following: <br />(a) Any person who provided oral or written testimony in a timely manner <br />during the city council hearing procedures. <br />(b) Any person who requested notice of the city council’s decision. <br />(c) The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development. <br />(4) Responsibility and procedures for mailing the notice described in this <br />section may be established by administrative rule of the city manager <br />pursuant to section 2.019 of this code. <br /> <br />Section 20. <br /> Subsection (1) of Section 9.7615 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended, <br />and a new subsection (3) is added, to provide as follows: <br />9.7615 Public Hearing Notice. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> At least 20 days prior to the hearing, [the city shall mail] written notice shall be <br />mailed to all of the following: <br />(a) Applicant. <br />(b) Owner of the subject property. <br />(c) Appellant. <br />(d) Neighborhood group or community organization officially recognized by <br />the city that includes the area of the subject property. <br />(e) Any person who provided written comments prior to the close of the <br />public comment period. <br />(f) Owners of property within 100 feet of the perimeter of the subject <br />property. <br />(3) Responsibility and procedures for mailing the notice described in this <br />section may be established by administrative rule of the city manager <br />pursuant to section 2.019 of this code. <br /> <br />Section 21. <br /> Section 9.7635 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding <br />subsection (3) to provide as follows: <br />9.7635 Notice of Decision. <br /> <br />(4) Responsibility and procedures for mailing the notice described in this <br />section may be established by administrative rule of the city manager <br />pursuant to section 2.019 of this code. <br /> <br />Section 22. <br /> Subsection (1) of Section 9.7665 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended, <br />and a new subsection (3) is added, to provide as follows: <br />9.7665 Public Hearing Notice. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> At least 10 days prior to the hearing, [the city shall mail] written notice of the <br />hearing shall be mailed to the following: <br />(a) Applicant. <br />(b) Owner of the subject property. <br />(c) Appellant. <br />(d) Neighborhood group or community organization officially recognized by <br />the city that includes the area of the subject property. <br />Ordinance - Page 11 of 13 <br /> <br />
