<br />Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan, other adopted City policies, and the <br />Statewide Planning Goals as set out in Exhibit A to this Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings, and the legislative findings attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, which are adopted in support of this Resolution, the PROS <br />Comprehensive Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, is hereby <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective 30 days from the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 13th day of February, 2006. <br /> <br />V\/\.
