Encourage growth and development patterns that are compatible with natural features and <br />discourage the alteration of natural features. Relocation of natural drainage features may be <br />considered as an alternative to replacement with a closed pipe system. <br /> <br />3. Encourage measures that will improve the quality of the storm-water runoff discharge into <br />local waterways. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) The amendment is consistent with EC 9.3020 Criteria for Establishment of an S Special <br />Area Zone, in the case of establishment of a special area zone. <br /> <br />The proposed amendments do not establish a special area zone.
