The process and criteria used in <br />assessing the City Manager's performance were reviewed and the form was revised in March 2004. <br /> <br />Policy Issues <br />There are no policy issues associated with this item. <br /> <br />Council Goals <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Financial and/or Resource Considerations <br />A discussion/decision regarding the City Manager's compensation should accompany the evaluation. <br />Compensation data is included as a section of the evaluation document. <br /> <br />Other Background Information <br />Input on the City Manager's performance has been solicited from six sources: 1) Mayor and City <br />Councilors, 2) City Manager, 3) Executive Managers, 4) Division Managers, 5) Bargaining Unit <br />Representatives, and 6) a random sampling of City employees.
