<br />dated January 9,2006, as bounded and described as follows:

<br />right-of way, located in the River Road region of north Eugene,
<br />south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, south of Horn Lane,
<br />north of West Hilliard Lane, and more particularly described on
<br />Exhibit 8 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
