<br />Commission approved on June 2, 2205, as bounded and described as follows:

<br />Ava Street and West Myoak Drive, located in the Santa Clara
<br />region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River
<br />Road, north of Myoak Drive, east of Ava Street, and more
<br />particularly described on Exhibit 15 attached hereto and
