Delays in modifying the SDC may result in <br />delay of needed improvements to the regional wastewater facilities. <br /> <br />OPTIONS <br />The options available to the council include the following: <br />1. Receive public testimony, affirm the proposed resolutions and direct the City Manager to proceed <br /> with the scheduled action to adopt proposed modifications; or, <br />2.
