NOTICE OF INTENDED UPDATE OF <br /> METROPOLITAN WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT COMMISSION (MWMC) <br /> REGIONAL SEWERAGE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE <br /> UNIT COSTS AND REFERENCE DATA <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBy GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Eugene intends to consider.the <br /> annual adjustment of the MWMC Regional Sewerage System Development Charge Unit Costs and <br /> Reference Data that were adopted by Resolution No. 4740 on September 23, 2002. <br /> <br /> The proposed adjustment~ can be viewed at Eugene City Hall (Office of City Manager, Room 105 <br /> and the Human Resource and Risk Services Office, Room 101), the Public Works Building lobby during <br /> normal business hours, Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
