CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, OREGON <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a public headrig will be held by the Springfield City CounCil <br />in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 225 North 5th Street, Springfield, Oregon, <br />commencing at 7:00 p.m., Monday the 5th day of May, 2003. The public hearing will be <br />for the purpose of reviewing a Proposed r~solution amending the Regional Sanitary <br />Sewerage Facilities System Development-Charge (SDC). The proposed resolution is <br />titled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD COMMON COUNCIL AMENDING <br />THE METHODOLOGY FOR THE REGIONAE SEWERAGE' FACILITY SYSTEM " <br />DEVELOPMENT CHARGE AS SET FORTH;IN THE SPRINGFIELD CITY CODE. Any · <br />person interested may submit wdtten or oral comments at that time. After discussing <br />the proposed resolution and hearing comments provided by the PubliC, the' CitY Council <br />may adopt a resolution amending the Regional Sanitary Sewerage Facilties SDC <br />methodology.
