CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, OREGON <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Springfield City Council <br />in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 225 Filch Street, Springfield, Oregon, <br />commencing at 7:00 p.m., Monday the 4th day of December, 2000. The public'hearing <br />will be for the purpose of reviewing a proposed ordinance amending Section 3.400 of the <br />Springfield Municipal Code to adopt revised system development charge method61ogies <br />and fees for the City's local wastewater, stormwater, and transportation systems. Any <br />person interested may submit written or oral comments at that time. After discussing the <br />proposed ordinance and hearing comments provided by the public, the City Council may <br />adopt an ordinance establishing revised system development charges for local <br />wastewater, stormwater, and transportation system capital improvements related to the <br />activity of development. The proposed ordinance and associated background material <br />will be available at the City of Springfield Department of Public Works, 225 Filth Street, <br />Springfield, Oregon, on or after November 3, 2000, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and <br />5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and also at the pubhc hearing on December 4, 2000. <br /> <br />Dated this 21st day of October, 2000. <br /> <br /> City Recorder <br /> City of Springfield <br /> <br />Published: October 21,2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
