CBOD means five day carbonaceous biecbemieal'oxygen demand. . 11. Grab sample means an individual discrete sample collected over a period of nme not to exceed 15 minutes. 12. Quarter means Sanuary'through March, April through June,/luly through Septembe. r, or October through December. '. 13. Month means calendar month. 14. Week means a calendar week of Sunday through Saturday. 15. Total residual chlorine means e°mbined chlorine forms plus free residual chlorine. 16. The term "bacteria" includes but is not limited, to fecal coliform bacteria, total coliform bacteria, and E. co!i bacteria. 17. POTW means a publicly owned treatment works.
