Ms. Smith requested that part of the motion make clear that the Commission is waiving a <br />previously established Commission policy guiding septage rates. COMMISSIONER INGE: <br />AGREED TO THE INCLUSION IN THE MOTION. THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER EVANS. THE MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> <br /> Mr. Colwell indicated that the schedule attached to Resolution 04-06'needed to have the' <br />septage rate removed from Exhibit A of the Resolution. This rate didn't need to be on the schedule <br />since the cities do not implement the rate, only the treatment plant.
