Mr. Schoening responded that the signed remonstrance had made the project go before two public <br />hearings, one before the Hearings Official and one before the City Council, and he confirmed the need for a <br />two-thirds majority. <br /> <br />Councilor Clark surmised that it would then take six votes to move the LID forward. <br /> <br />Councilor Zelenka indicated that he would submit his questions to staff via email.
