<br />a This supplemental request increases Springfield's HOME grant reimbursement by $183,937 to accommodate
<br /> additional HOME program income and increased level of activity.
<br />
<br />b This supplemental request reduces the Downtown Revitalization Loan Program by $55,000 to cover additional costs
<br /> for finalizing Broadway re-opening capital projects.
<br />
<br />c This supplemental request redistributes $450,000 in HOME grant appropriation between the loan and operating
<br /> appropriation due to higher Iow-income land acquisitions and lower Iow-income home loans.
