Pd~SOLUTION NO. 4793 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2004 MWMC FACILITIES PLAN <br /> AND 20-YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR THE EUGENE-SPRINGFIELD <br /> REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> <br /> The 2004 MWMC Facilities Plan and 20-Year Project List for the Eugene-Springfield <br />Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities attached as Exhibit A is needed in order to identify <br />facility enhancements and expansions that are needed to serve the community's wastewater <br />needs and to implement solutions to ad&ess a full range of regional wastewater needs through <br />2025. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the above findings, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The 2004 MWMC Facilities Plan and 20-Year Project List for the Eugene- <br />Springfield Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities attached as Exhibit A is adopted. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution adopted the 28th day of June, 2004. <br /> <br /> /s/Mary H.
