Project timing and estimated costs are <br />not adopted as policy. <br />? <br /> Motor Vehicle Level of Service: <br /> Use motor vehicle level of service standards to maintain <br />acceptable and reliable performance on the roadway system. (abridged) <br />? <br /> Prioritization of State and Federal Revenue: <br /> Set priorities for investment of Oregon <br />Department of Transportation (ODOT) and federal revenues programmed in the region’s <br />Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to address safety and major capacity problems on <br />the region’s transportation system. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br /> <br />No action is required on this item at this time. After the public hearing, the council may close the <br />hearing and record, or leave the record open for a specific length of time. The record must remain open <br />if the council wants more information before making a decision. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />No action is required on this item.
