PUBLIC COMMENT <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES—May 11, 2009 <br />Mr. Lawless, seconded by Ms. Beierle, moved that the May 11, 2009 <br />minutes be approved as submitted. The motion passed unanimously, 5:0. <br />III. NEIGHBORHOOD ACTION PROGRAM UPDATE <br />Staff: Michael Kinnison, 682-5009 <br />IV. FINAL ACTION: TRANSPLAN AND METRO PLAN TEXT <br />Staff: Rob Inerfeld, 682-5343 <br />Mr. Hledik, seconded by Mr. Lawless, moved that the Planning <br />Commission recommend that the City Council adopt the amendments to <br />TransPlanand the Metro Plan to move Project 506, Beltline Highway <br />from River Road to Delta Highway, from the “Future” project list to the <br />“Financially Constrained” project list based on the findings of <br />consistency set forth in Attachment A and the evidence and testimony <br />entered into the record. The motion passed unanimously, 6:0. <br />Mr. Hledik, seconded by Mr. Lawless, moved that the Planning <br />Commission recommend that the City Council adopt the amendments to <br />TransPlanand the Metro Plan to move Project 333, West Eleventh <br />Avenue from Greenhill Road to Terry Street, from the “Future” project <br />list to the “Financially Constrained” project list based on the findings of <br />consistency set forth in Attachment A and the evidence and testimony <br />entered into the record.
