ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />Planning & Public Involvement Efforts Summary for Downtown <br /> <br />Since 2000, Council, staff, and the community have engaged in, created, and prioritized various goals, <br />policies, and recommendations for downtown. All of these planning <br />efforts reiterate common themes and aspirations for a vital, economically healthy, and inviting city center. <br /> <br />
