East Medium-Density Residential Area: <br />Land Use Policies, Jefferson Area 16. East Medium Density Residential Area <br />This area shall be recognized as appropriate for application of the <br />Special Area Zone-Jefferson-Westside (S-JW) as defined through the City’s <br />land use code. Within the S-JW boundaries set by the City Council, the S-JW <br />zone shall be the only permissible zone. The S-JW zone is consistent with <br />and implements the Medium Density Residential Metro & Refinement Plan <br />designation within its boundaries. <br />Section 9. <br /> The Westside Neighborhood Plan is amended by adding the following Policy 5 <br />to the Central Residential Area section of the Plan’s Land Use Element: <br />Policy 5. The portion of the Central Residential Area that is east of Polk <br />Street shall be recognized as appropriate for application of the Jefferson <br />Westside Special Area Zone (S-JW) as defined through the City’s land use <br />code. Within the S-JW boundaries set by the City Council, the S-JW zone <br />shall be the only permissible zone. The S-JW zone is consistent with and <br />Ordinance - Page 19 of 20 Ord.(v3) <br />
