No effort was documented to <br />obtain and disseminate specifically FEMA produced pamphlets regarding structural and non- <br />structural retrofits. This action is being continued in the 2009 updated plan and reworded to focus <br />more on broadly educating homeowners regarding structural and non-structural retrofits. (see <br />Earthquake # 1 in Appendix A) <br />
