Springfield has obtaining funding and built all new Fire Stations to <br />a high seismic code and Eugene retrofitted critical facilities. This action will be continued in the 2009 <br />update and reworded to focus on conducting benefit-cost analysis to fund mitigation projects (see <br />Earthquake # 3 in Appendix A). <br />
