Both cities use the similar Emergency Operations <br />Plans which address this, and both cities have conducted exercises surrounding terrorism events. <br />However, since planning for terrorism events occurs together with hazardous materials incidents <br />training, and since this action is similar to Hazardous Materials # 2, this action will be deleted in the <br />2009 update and combined with Hazardous Materials # 2 (see Hazardous Materials # 2 in Appendix <br />A). <br />
