Chapter 13was deleted because the <br />Committees felt that utility and transportation disruptions weren’t hazards in and of themselves, but rather <br />complications of other hazards. The Example Mitigation Projects Appendix was deleted, and replaced by the <br />updated NHMP’s Appendices D and E. <br />ݱª»® п¹» ¿²¼ ß½µ²±©´»¼¹³»²¬­ <br />1.The Cover Page for the Eugene/Springfield NHMP has been revised to include 2009 update <br />information and the agencies involved in developing the plan update. <br />2.The Acknowledgments section now lists 2009 participants, rather than 2004 participants. <br />Volume I Plan Framework <br />Volume I provides the structure for the rest of the 2009 update. Included are the following sections: 1) <br />introduction; 2) community profile; 3)mission, goals and action items; and 4) plan implementation and <br />maintenance. <br />Í»½¬·±² ï ײ¬®±¼«½¬·±² <br />Section 1 includes an introduction and purpose for the plan, summarizes the process for developing the 2004 <br />NHMP and the 2009 update, and provides an overview of the entire plan.
