170 Community Development Fund <br />Homeless Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Grant: <br />e) Recognize intergovernmental grant revenues <br />in the amount of $567,404 and increase operating appropriations in the Planning & Development <br />Department by the same amount. <br />Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant Funding: <br />f) Recognize $457,170 in <br />intergovernmental revenues associated with the Energy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant <br />(EECBG) grant funding from the US Department of Energy, increase operating appropriations in the <br />Planning & Development Department by $210,300, and increase Commercial Revitalization Trust loan <br />appropriations by $246,870. <br />Community Development Block Grant - Recovery (CDBG-R): <br />g)Recognize intergovernmental grant <br />revenues associated with the Recovery Act of 2009 CDBG funding for job creation and foreclosure <br />counseling in the amount of $371,021, increase operating appropriations in the Planning & <br />Development Department by $52,102 and increase appropriations for job creation business loans by <br />$318,919. <br />
