2.Faces the side of the lot and opens onto a covered porch that <br />has a minimum of 30 square feet between a wall facing the <br />street and the street. <br />2. Faces the side of the lot and meets all the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The main entrance opening is not more than 8 feet from <br />the building façade facing the street and nearest the <br />street; <br />b. The main entrance includes a covered porch of at least <br />30 square feet; <br />c. The porch abuts both the façade containing the main <br />entrance and a façade facing the street. <br />(b) Except as provided in (c), below, on corner lots with more than one <br />residential building, all residential buildings shall include a main <br />entrance that meets the requirements of subsection (a). <br />(c) Notwithstanding (a) and (b), above, where three or more dwellings <br />have ground-level entrances on two or more sides of a common <br />main entrances may face the courtyard.(See Figure 9.3625(4)(c)) <br /> <br />9.3626 Special Development Standards for Table 9.3625. <br />(4) Interior Yard Setbacks.
