The portion of the Central Residential Area that is east of Polk <br />Street shall be recognized as appropriate for application of the Jefferson <br />Westside Special Area Zone (S-JW) as defined through the <br />code. Within the S-JW boundaries set by the City Council, the S-JW zone <br />shall be the only permissible zone.
