Location of commercial activities at the northern edge of <br />the Basin in proximity to light-medium i ndustri al <br />activities and major transportation corridors. <br />In order to facilitate the review by other jurisdictions, the staff <br />has prepared a series of materials that would be included in justifying an <br />amendment to the Metro Plan reflecting direction established by the <br />Planning Commission's re.commendati on . Attachment A provides a discussion <br />of the consistency of the Special Study with the Statewide Goals. <br />Attachment B provides a discussion of support and needs for an amendment <br />to the adopted Eugene - Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan as a <br />result-of the Planning Commission's recommendation on the W i l l o w Creek <br />Special Area Study. <br />
