The organization may <br />have monies received <br />from specific grants, <br />This section assumes <br />that the budgets have <br />been approved before <br />the grant was applied <br />for, and the language <br />should reflect whether <br />the Executive Board or <br />the general membership <br />made such approval. <br />If the budget has been <br />approved, it seems <br />unnecessary to require <br />further approval of <br />expenditures, <br />Section 2 .
