(3) Access Connections to Local and Neighborhood Collector Streets. In <br />addition to the location standards set forth in EC 7.420(1), access <br />connections to local and neighborhood collector streets shall be located <br />in accordance with the following standards: <br />(a) Lots and parcels at intersections shall have the access connection <br />begin no less than 20 feet from the end of the radius of the curb, or <br />20 feet from the property corner if there is no curb. <br />(b) A safety island of not less than 22 feet of full height curb shall in all <br />cases be provided between access connections under one <br />ownership. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 18. <br /> The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in <br />other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 to the provisions added, amended, or repealed <br />herein. <br />Section 19. <br /> The legislative findings attached as Exhibit A hereto are adopted in support <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council this Approved by the Mayor this <br /> <br />_____ day of________________, 2009 ____ day of ________________, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________ _______________________________ <br /> City Recorder Mayor <br />Ordinance - Page 15 of 15 <br /> <br />
