Sanitary sewer system <br /> The sanitary sewer system was upgraded as part of the original Renewal <br /> project. This upgrading consisted of relining the existing lines with plastic <br /> pipe liners. Each building was reconnected at that time. The engineering <br /> analysis showed that the existing capacity is sufficient. <br /> <br />5. Water delivery system <br /> According to the Eugene Water and Electric Board, the water delivery <br /> system throughout the original and expanded Central Project Area is in <br /> sufficient condition and of sufficient capacity to support additional <br /> development. <br /> <br />6. Streets, Alleys, Sidewalks, etc. <br /> The major portions of the streets, alleys and sidewalks within the Project <br /> Area were upgraded as part of the original project and remain in good <br /> condition. The remaining areas to be upgraded are adjacent to proposed <br /> development sites and will be rebuilt concurrent with the new <br /> development. <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
