Chapter 10: Relocation Report <br /> <br />A.Requirement <br /> <br />An analysis of the existing residences of businesses required to relocate permanently or <br />temporarily as a result of Agency actions under ORS 457.170. <br /> <br />Response <br />No specific relocation activity is identified in the Plan. If urban renewal assistance results in <br />relocation requirements, a relocation plan will be developed for that purpose. Relocation <br />activities and assistance would be provided in accordance with ORS 281.045 through <br />281.105. <br /> <br />B.Requirement <br /> <br />A description of the methods to be used for the temporary or permanent relocation of <br />persons living in and businesses situated in, the Plan Area in accordance with ORS 281.045 <br />through 281.105. <br /> <br />Response <br />No specific relocation activity is identified in the Plan.
