RESOLUTION NO �ai I A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION CHARTER FOR LIMITER RECOGNITION. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: A. On January 22, 1990 the Council, by Resolution no. 4161, adopted a Limited Neighborhood Recognition Policy for Organizations in Areas Contiguous to the 'ts of the City of Eugene. B. The Industrial Corridor Community organization represents an area that is contiguous to, but outside the limits of the City of Eugene, and is therefore eligible to apply for meted recognition under the City' adopted policy. C. The Industrial Corridor Community Organization has submitted a proposed P P Charter which was approved by the membership at a general meeting on October 31 1991, and has complied with the criteria set forth in the City's Neighborhood Organization Recognition Policy as contained in Resolution No. 2554 adopted by the City Council on August 23, 1976 and the City' Limited Neighborhood Recognition Policy as contained in Resolution No. 4161 adopted on January 22, 1990. D. The Model Charter approved by Council Resolution No. 3745 on January 26, 1983 was utilized by the Industrial Corridor Community Organization in developing its proposed Charter.
