ACTION: <br /> Initiation of Metro Plan Amendment to Swap Residential Land Inside and <br /> Outside Urban Growth Boundary and Add 77 Additional Acres to Urban <br /> Growth Boundary for Community Park for Santa Clara <br /> <br /> Council President: I move to initiate a Metro Plan Amendment to revise the <br /> UGB by (1) adding 197 acres in the Santa Clara area, 77 of which will be <br /> donated to the City as parkland and 120 of which will be used for residential <br /> and neighborhood commercial, and (2) removing 120 acres of residential <br /> designated land in the Laurel Hill l/alley. <br /> <br /> Roll Cai Vote <br /> <br />Adjourn. <br /> <br />The Eugene City Council welcomes your interest in these agenda items.
