(Please see Attachment <br />D for the minutes from the forum.) <br /> <br />Statistics <br />Between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2009, there were 49 incidents where a Taser was activated <br />and 146 incidents where a Taser use was warned, but a Taser was not activated.
