BUSINESS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There was no business from the audience. <br />II. LEGISLTATIVE PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan) Text Amendment and <br />Exception to Statewide Planning Goal 15 Willamette River Greenway for Construction of a <br />Bicycle/Pedestrian Viaduct Beneath the Willamette River I-5 Bridge <br />Mr. Cross opened testimony for the Springfield Planning Commission and called for conflicts of interests <br />orex parte contacts. There were none declared. <br />Ms. Arkin opened the public hearing for the Lane County Planning Commission and called for conflicts <br />of interest or ex parte contacts. There were none declared. <br />Mr. Carroll opened the public hearing for the Eugene Planning Commission to order and called for <br />conflicts of interest or ex parte contacts. Mr. Hledik had a potential conflict of interest with agenda item <br />II. A.
