The multi-jurisdictional <br /> facility used to receive emergency and general information from the <br /> public to be dispatched to the respective police and fire departments <br /> utilizing the center. <br /> <br /> Premises. Any building, structure, facility, property or land within the <br /> city. <br /> <br /> Primary trunk line. A telephone line serving the 9-1-1 Central Lane <br /> Communications Center that is designated to receive emergency calls. <br /> <br /> Silent alarm system.
