Version A: <br />Attachment C <br />-- appeal of design review to be considered by Hearing <br />Official. <br /> <br />setback from adjacent public streets shall be a minimum of 25 <br />feet. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 10. <br /> Subsection (2) of Section 9.6750 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by <br />adding a new subsection (d) to provide: <br />9.6750 Special Setback Standards. <br /> <br />(2) Special Setback for Streets. <br /> <br />(d) Notwithstanding subsections (a)-(c), above, special setbacks for <br />the segment of Franklin Boulevard shown on Map 9.3970(3)(d) (S- <br />WS Walnut Special Area Zone Franklin Boulevard Special Setback <br />Boundaries) are those lines established by Exhibit G to Ordinance <br />No. _________. (See EC 9.3970(3)(d).) <br /> <br />Section 11. <br /> Subsection (1) of Section 9.7007 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide: <br />9.7007 Neighborhood/Applicant Meetings. <br />(1) <br /> This section applies to the following types of land use applications: <br />(a) Type II: 3-lot partitions, tentative subdivisions, [and] tentative cluster <br />subdivisions and design reviews; <br />(b) Type III: Only conditional use permits and tentative planned unit <br />developments; <br />(c) Type IV applications that are not city-initiated; <br />(d) Metro Plan amendments that are not city-initiated. <br />Section 12. <br /> Section 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding the <br />following entries in alphabetical order to Table 9.7055 to provide: <br />9.7055 Applications and Review Authorities. <br /> Table 9.7055 Applications and Review <br />Authorities, lists applications and the typical review authorities for the decision and <br />the appeal of the decision.
