Section 9.8030 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding a new <br />subsection (29) to provide: <br />9.8030 Adjustment Review - Approval Criteria. <br />The planning director shall approve, <br />conditionally approve, or deny an adjustment review application. Approval or <br />conditional approval shall be based on compliance with the following applicable <br />criteria. <br />(29) S-WS Walnut Station Special Area Zone Off-Street Parking Spaces <br />Adjustment. An adjustment allowing a 25 percent reduction in the <br />minimum required off-street parking spaces pursuant to EC 9.3970(4)(a), <br />if the applicant demonstrates that a proposed Transportation Demand <br />Management (TDM) Program approved by the city contains strategies for <br />reducing vehicle use and parking demand generated by the development <br />and establi effectiveness will <br /> <br />be measured annually. <br /> <br />Ordinance - Page 12 of 17 <br />
