Section 5 . The Eugene Zoning Map is amended to remove the current zones from the <br />properties identified on Exhibit A attached hereto and to replace those zones with the S -WS <br />Walnut Station Special Area Zone, as reflected on Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance. <br />A <br />Section 6. The Eugene Overlay Zone Map is amended to remove the /SR Overlay Zone <br />from tax lot 17- 03 -33 -32 -04900 as reflected on Exhibit A. All - other currently applicable overlay <br />zones shall remain in place, as reflected on Exhibit A. <br />Section 7. Section 9.1 030 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding the <br />following entry in alphabetical order to the Table 9.1030 Special Area Zone listing: <br />9.1030 Establishment and List of Zones. The zones listed in Table 9.1030 Zones are <br />established as follows: <br />Table 9.1030 Zones <br />Broad Zone Categoa <br />Zone <br />Special <br />S-WS Walnut Station Special Area Zone <br />Section 8. The Caption and Sections 9.3950, 9.3955, 9.3960, 9.3965, 9.3970, 9.3975 <br />and 9.3980 are added to the Eugene Code, 1 971, as set forth on Exhibit E "S -WS Walnut <br />Station Special Area Zone," attached to this Ordinance. <br />Section 9. Subsections (4), (5), (6)(c)2., (7)(b) and (7)(d) of Section 9.5750 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide: <br />9.5750 Telecommunication Devices-Sitin Requirements and Procedures. <br />(4) collocation of Antennas on Existing Buildings, Light or Utility Poles, and <br />Water Towers. In addition to collocation on a transmission tower, an <br />antenna may be collocated on existing buildings, light or utility poles, and, <br />water towers. <br />(a) Permitted Use. Such collocation on a building, light or utility pole, or <br />water tower, shall be considered an outright permitted use provided that <br />the antennas and ancillary facilities comply with the standards contained <br />in EC 9.5750 Telecommunications Devices -SitingRequirements and <br />Procedures, the color of the. antennas blends in with the existing <br />structure and surroundings, and one of the following is met: <br />1. The property is zoned PL, C -2, C -3 C -4 R -4, 1 -1, 1 -2, 1 -3, or S -WS <br />and the antennas do not exceed the height limitation of the zone; <br />or <br />2. The property is zoned AG, R -1, R -2 R -3, C -1, GO, S (except as <br />Ordinance - Page 5 of 14 <br />
