City Council <br />Eugene Hult Center Lobby <br />Eugene, Oregon <br />January 5, 2010 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Alan Zelenka, Mike Clark, Betty Taylor, Jennifer Solomon, Chris Pryor, George Poling, <br />Andrea Ortiz, George Brown, members. <br />I. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS <br />Council President Alan Zelenka opened the meeting and welcomed those present to the 2010 State of the <br />City event and wished them a Happy New Year. He introduced other members of the council present and <br />recognized the City's executive management team. He also recognized the student delegation from <br />Eugene's Sister City of Chinju, Korea, as well as appointed and elected officials and leaders from <br />throughout Lane County. <br />II, MUSICAL SELECTIONS <br />DIVISI performed the musical selection "Don't You worry `Bout a Thing" by Stevie wonder. <br />III.
