Ms. Nathanson thought there should be collaboration between the University of Oregon and the City, as the <br />University would benefit from this development as well. <br /> <br />Mr. Klein said a timeline would be different depending on whether the route through the Riverfront Research <br />Park was altered, as such a change would require a further land use process.
